Dear Students!
You are welcomed to use the services of the Alfréd Hajós National Swimming Stadium (Hajós Alfréd Nemzeti Sportuszoda) on Margaret Island, and the Bliss & Body Gym (1066 Budapest, Ó utca 43-49.), using the same card system as before. In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the services are only to be used in accordance with the current, and stricter than normal, regulations of the house policy.
The sports program is only available for students pursuing state-subsidised scholarship studies. Students are allowed to require a maximum of four (4) total cards per week, including both the swimming stadium and the gym. Cards can be requested from the office of the Students’ Union during office hours (between 2pm and 3pm on weekdays) or at any time directly from the assigned members: Csenge Mihalicza (students of all departments, at the Ligeti Building in Wesselényi Street, and at the Main Building in Liszt Ferenc Square), Anna Sándor (Bartók Dormitory), Ákos Gubinecz (Folk Music Department), Áron Sárosi (Jazz Department). Swimming cards must be returned no later than two (2) workdays after receiving them. The gym cards must be returned the following day! The cards can be returned either at the office during office hours, or at the reception of the Wesselényi Building until 2:30pm every day. In case of late return, the student will be charged a 200 HUF late fee per day. Cards can only be used for one-time entry. Students need to use a separate card each time they enter.
