The result of the name change is a unique acronym, MiraTone, which also contains the first name of the festival’s founder, American-Hungarian violinist Miranda Liu. Music Academy students can purchase a limited number of tickets, 30 per concert, at a uniform price of 1500 HUF each, available online.
